South Cottage sits in about the quietest spot on the estate — tucked beside the historic church at Nevill Holt, with countryside views and a garden of its own.
In through the front door to a hall, and to the left a sitting room with an open fire. The kitchen and dining area at the back has been newly fitted, bright and sociable, looking over the garden and the fields beyond. There is a utility and a ground-floor WC.
Upstairs, two bedrooms, both with king zip-and-link beds that make up as super kings or twins, so it works for two couples as easily as for a family. A generous family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower serves both.
Outside there is a private garden with furniture and a fire pit. Pets are welcome on request, for a fee per animal — the garden is open, so they need watching. Street parking for two cars.
